Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider based at a prestigious commercial building in Warren Street, Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established facilities management provider, working within a high-end commercial environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems, while supporting the day-to-day operation of the contract and ensuring tenant areas are maintained to the highest possible standard.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified, client-facing, and possess a strong background in commercial building maintenance.
