Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Fabric Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy mixed-use retail and residential environment. If you’re a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas
  • Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs
  • Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures
  • Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role
  • Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Right to work in the UK
