Alice Rose Recruitment is supporting a leading Building Services provider in the search for a Mobile Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business, taking responsibility for a portfolio of 8 - 10 commercial sites while leading a team of 5 - 8 engineers and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple commercial building services contracts
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of 5–8 engineers
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the portfolio
  • Managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring compliance
  • Overseeing PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and KPIs
  • Supporting financial performance, budgeting and contract profitability
  • Driving high standards of technical and operational performance
