Alice Rose is currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, covering a mixed portfolio of commercial and high-end residential properties across London and the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation within the facilities management sector. The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical, mechanical, and building services systems while benefiting from ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and clear career progression.

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 1 in 12 Call-Out Rota
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential properties
- Electrical maintenance including lighting, fault finding, ballast changes, emergency lighting, and control panels
- Monitor and operate BMS systems
- Maintenance of pumps, motors, AHUs, and FCUs
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general building fabric works
- Diagnose and rectify faults across building services systems
- Complete service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation
- Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
- Liaise directly with clients and site teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically Qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 advantageous)
- 18th Edition advantageous
- Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical building services
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Client-facing with excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to provide copies of trade qualifications
