Location: Central London
Salary: £48,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Alice Rose Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading Building Services provider, currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer to join their established engineering team covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London.
The Role
As a Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to reactive maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive maintenance across commercial electrical systems
- Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical building services
- Lighting, emergency lighting and small power repairs
- Electrical testing and minor installation works
- Distribution boards, control panels and 3-phase systems
- Completing maintenance reports and job sheets
- Liaising with clients and site management
- Ensuring all works comply with current Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
- Experience within commercial building maintenance
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Package
- £48,000 Basic Salary
- Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
