We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Fabric Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy mixed-use retail and residential environment.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas
- Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs
- Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures
- Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas
- Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role
- Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, can-do attitude
