Alice Rose Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading FM service provider to recruit a Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider, carrying out reactive maintenance across a range of high-profile commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing HVAC and air conditioning systems, and ensuring all building services operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC and air conditioning systems across multiple commercial properties
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance
  • Service and maintain split systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment
  • Support the maintenance of mechanical building services plant where required
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
  • Complete maintenance reports and ensure all documentation is accurately updated
  • Liaise with clients and site teams, providing a professional and customer-focused service
  • Travel between commercial properties across Central London on a foot mobile basis

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial building services
  • F-Gas Certification (Essential)
  • Relevant HVAC or Air Conditioning qualifications
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience across HVAC and air conditioning equipment
  • Experience working on commercial properties
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance
  • Happy to work on a foot mobile basis, attending multiple commercial sites each day
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
