Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
Alice Rose are looking for a proactive and reliable Fabric Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy commercial property in the heart of Moorgate. If you’re a hands‑on individual with a strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
Fabric Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas
- Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs
- Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures
- Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas
Fabric Engineer Requirements
- Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role
- Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, can‑do attitude
- Right to work in the UK
