Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Warren Street, Central London – £48,000 + Package Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider based at a prestigious commercial building in Warren Street, Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established facilities management provider, working within a high-end commercial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems, while supporting the day-to-day operation of the contract and ensuring tenant areas are maintained to the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified, client-facing, and possess a strong background in commercial building maintenance. Hours of Work * Monday to Friday * 08:00 – 17:00 Key Duties & Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems * Electrical maintenance including lighting installations, fault finding, lamp changes, ballast replacements, control panels, and power distribution * Carry out emergency lighting and fire alarm testing * Monitor and operate BMS systems, including heating and cooling controls * Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning * Support the day-to-day running of the contract alongside site management * Inspect and maintain tenant areas, ensuring a high standard of presentation and service delivery throughout the building * Arrange, escort, and supervise specialist subcontractors * Maintain accurate logbooks, compliance documentation, and maintenance records * Attend client meetings and liaise with building occupiers where required * Diagnose faults across building services equipment and proactively resolve issues * Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Assist with general building services maintenance across the site Package * Salary: £48,000 * Overtime Available * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Company Pension Scheme * Ongoing Training & Development * Excellent Career Progression Opportunities Requirements * Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent * 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Proven track record within commercial building maintenance * Multi-skilled with a good understanding of building services systems * Experience within a high-end commercial environment is advantageous * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work * Must be able to provide copies of trade qualifications This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a reputable FM provider within a prestigious Central London building, offering long-term stability, training, and career progression
