Contract Supervisor Moorgate, Central London Up to £60,000 Alice Rose is currently partnered with a leading M&E services provider who are recruiting for a Contract Supervisor to take ownership of a prestigious, fully tenanted commercial building in Moorgate, Central London. This role will involve overseeing 10 fully tenanted floors and managing a team of 5 on-site engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and client satisfaction across the contract. Our client is a highly reputable building services organisation, widely recognised for technical excellence, strong staff retention, and a supportive, close-knit working environment. They place a strong emphasis on training, development, and long-term progression at all levels. The ideal Contract Supervisor will have a strong background in building services, proven supervisory or site management experience, and a professional, client-facing approach. Experience managing multi-tenant commercial environments will be highly beneficial. Contract Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Supervising and supporting a team of 5 on-site engineers * Day-to-day management of building services maintenance across 10 tenanted floors * Ensuring all PPM and reactive works are delivered in line with contractual SLAs * Overseeing maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment * Acting as the main point of contact for client and tenant liaison * Managing base build and tenant areas * Monthly reporting and contract performance reviews * Progressing works, scheduling tasks, and coordinating subcontractors Contract Supervisor Background Required: * Proven experience within a commercial building services or FM environment * Previous experience in a Supervisory, Site Manager, or Contract Supervisor role * Electrically qualified (Level 3 minimum – City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) * Apprenticeship trained * Strong building services knowledge and technical understanding * Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience Employment Details: * Employment Type: Permanent * Salary: £60,000 per annum * Sector: Building Services / Facilities Management * Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
