An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Shift Engineer with Electrical Bias to be based in a large commercial property located on Moorgate, London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballasts, control panel, power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Chillers – re-set
- Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
- Plumbing – unblocking toilets
- BMS system – monitor (e.g., hot & cold)
- UPS systems – monitor / take readings
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, motors, seals, bearings
Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off 07:00 to 19:00
Requirements:
- Electrical – must provide copies of trade certificates
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
- City & Guilds – 17th or 18th Edition if electrically biased
- Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Overtime available
20 days annual leave
