Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in keeping a high-end commercial building running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising key mechanical systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), pumps, pressurisation units, pipework, and plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform fault finding/repairs
  • Maintain HVAC, pumps, boilers, and pipework
  • Monitor and operate BMS systems
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and follow permits
  • Keep accurate maintenance records
  • Support energy efficiency and system performance
  • Liaise with contractors and building management
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing
  • Mechanical APs – desired
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Right to work in the UK
