This is a unique opportunity to build the HR presence in our London office. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to managers, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, helping leaders build high‑performing teams, make data‑driven people decisions, and foster a culture that supports Alice's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our growing team based in the UK as well as our team across the US.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Use people analytics and workforce data to identify trends, inform decisions, and address organizational risks and opportunities.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and leadership development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support hiring plans and organizational growth, and critical talent needs including conducting HR interviews, support hiring process as needed specific to the London office.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
  • Support employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including survey analysis and action planning.
  • Advise on compensation, promotions, policy interpretation, compliance, and other people‑related matters to ensure consistent and effective people practices.
  • Act as the cultural bridge between the UK site, US remote teams, and HQ in Israel, ensuring global alignment while localized needs are met.
  • Navigate multi‑jurisdictional HR matters across the UK and US, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company‑wide ethical standards.
  • Act as the foundational culture‑builder for the London office, blending strategic HR guidance with the hands‑on execution required to scale a new site.
  • Partner with the employee experience team to ensure positive employee experience including events execution in the UK.

Required

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK - Must.
  • Experience in interviewing and hiring.
  • Experience in a matrixed technology organization.
  • Proven experience in identifying and leading change, and building this capability in others.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, driving impactful outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong track record of coaching and partnering with senior leaders and frontline managers to elevate leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable HR strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across all levels while balancing empathy and accountability.
  • Familiarity with US employment practices and remote team management across wide‑ranging time zones is a strong advantage.
