Hours of Work: Full and part-time 10 to 30 hours
Rates of Pay & Benefits:
- £14.15 evenings from 6pm and weekends
- £13.00 Monday to Friday up to 6pm
- £24.50 per hour for Designated Holidays
- DBS (£60 paid)
- Plus mileage allowance
- Plus paid travel time

- Health Scheme cash plan, after qualifying period
Summary of Role: To support vulnerable adults to live in their own homes, promoting and maintaining their independence when providing companionship, personal care & home help. Encourage client’s individuality and enhance their quality of life. To represent the organisation professionally in the community. Previous experience is not essential, but successful candidates must be reliable and display a caring nature. The role involves supporting adults in their own homes. Driving licence and car owner required. DBS checks will be undertaken.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support clients with practical help including light chores and errands.
- Develop and follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and their families.
