Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Mixologist/Bartender to join our team.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and quality.
  • Recommend drinks and provide menu suggestions based on guests' preferences.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with all licensing regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Monitor and replenish bar stock, garnishes, and supplies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock ordering when required.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Job Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Responsible, reliable, and well-groomed.
  • Food Hygiene certifications are an advantage.
