Responsibility:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- In charge of Europe logistic procurement management, including sourcing, contracts negotiation, evaluation, and suppliers’ selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholders' requests with strong problem-solving skills.
- Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential procurement opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistic procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in global logistic procurement or overseas supply chain management for at least 5 years.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations will be preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed procurement decisions.
