Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp communities and so on — keeping them active, relevant, and valuable for members.
  • Create and publish engaging content/activities tailored to university students and startup founders who are active and passionate about AI — think tips on AI driven global sourcing, how AI helps users create start-ups, E-commerce platform how-tos leveraging AI tools, and user case success stories.
  • Build and nurture communities from the ground up: recruit members, moderate discussions, run AMAs, polls, challenges, and campaigns.
  • Identify and engage key voices — student society leaders, startup founders, campus ambassadors — to organically grow community reach.
  • Monitor community health and engagement metrics and share regular performance updates with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on campaigns, product launches, and events targeting the student and startup segments.
  • Stay on top of trends in community building, creator culture, and student/startup ecosystems in the UK and Europe.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a UK university (any degree discipline welcome).
  • Genuinely active on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
  • Passionate and familiar with AI trends/tools.
  • Active member or leader in university student union or social club.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a creative mindset.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, global trade, or startups is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience managing social media accounts, student societies, or online communities is a bonus, not a requirement.
