1、Deeply understand commercial and industry development trends, formulate B2B business category procurement strategies for Europe, and analyze market trends including customer demands, standards, supplier dynamics, sales channel trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
2、Innovatively define industry product forms and solutions, including but not limited to commercial products, central platform strategy products, industry-specific channels, and search/recommendation-driven shopping journeys, to drive vertical industry development.
3、Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and resource coordination, co-create joint solutions, and drive the growth of the local supply ecosystem.
