1. Support Global AI Client Acquisition: Assist the team in scaling outreach to global AI clients—including AI-native startups, ISVs, AI data providers, and enterprises undergoing AI transformation—to help build a high-conversion sales pipeline through lead research, client profiling, and outreach support.
2. AI Sales Process Support: Support the full lifecycle of AI MaaS opportunities in international markets—from lead collection and qualification to client communication and deal progression—working alongside solution and product teams to drive token consumption and revenue growth.
3. Market Research & GTM Strategy Support: Track GenAI trends including foundation model evolution, agent frameworks, AI infrastructure, and competitor dynamics; assist with market research, analysis, and GTM strategy development.
4. AI Client Relationship Support: Assist the team in communicating with technical decision-makers and business leads at global AI-focused companies; participate in client visits and meetings to help drive satisfaction and retention.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support: Work with AI solutions, product, and marketing teams on day-to-day activities; assist in planning and executing technical workshops, demos, and campaigns; help prepare marketing materials and organize events.
Qualifications
1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related majors.
2. Availability: Minimum 3 days per week on-site, able to commit to at least 3 months of internship.
3. AI Awareness & Interest: Strong interest in Generative AI, large language models, and AI applications; regularly uses mainstream LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Qwen) and follows industry trends. Basic understanding of large model and MaaS concepts with initial awareness of AI commercialization; familiarity with prompt engineering or vibe coding is a plus. Good logical thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly. Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is preferred.
4. Cloud & AI Fundamental Understandings: Basic understanding of cloud computing and AI infrastructure products (e.g., GPU, MaaS, RAG, Agents), or willingness to learn quickly.
5. Mindset: Fast learner, results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about AI innovation in fast-paced environments.
6. Global Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Overseas study or exchange experience is a plus. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
