- Daily Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for the daily operation, inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency response for electrical systems (high/low voltage power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, etc.) or HVAC systems (chillers, precision air conditioners, BA control systems, etc.).
Ensure 99.99%+ system availability and strictly meet SLA requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of SOPs, maintenance plans, and emergency response plans.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety production regulations.
Proactively identify risks in the electrical/HVAC domains, including safety, fire protection, and energy efficiency.
Drive the closure of identified hazards.
Prevent liability accidents and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Optimization & Improvement: Continuously optimize system control strategies based on operational data to improve key energy efficiency metrics such as PUE.
Participate in cost structure and human efficiency analysis to promote refined and intelligent operations.
- Technical
Support: Deeply participate in the design review, equipment selection, and acceptance testing of new construction/renovation projects, providing professional recommendations.
Efficiently collaborate with relevant teams to provide infrastructure support for business deployment and stable operation.
- Team
Management: Participate in team capability building and mentoring new members.
Effectively liaise with suppliers, service providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure the implementation of O&M quality, service fulfillment, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in O&M or related projects for electrical/HVAC systems in large-scale data centers or industrial facilities .
- Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Proficient in the principles, operational logic, and common troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems or HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated experience with equipment lifecycle management; ability to develop and drive the execution of O&M system processes.
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on balancing safety and efficiency.
- Familiarity with digital O&M tools such as BMS/EMS, CMMS, or DCIM is a plus.
- Possessing a strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Lead a hybrid team of internal staff and external vendors to drive operational excellence by shaping a high-performance team culture and overseeing the performance of outsourced O&M partners.
- This position requires working onsite on business days.
Fluency in English is required as it is the primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
