Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Establishment & Business Opportunity Expansion: Proactively gain insights into key industries in the country/region/market, identify key/potential customers, and find key decision-making chains. Use customer language to start conversations, gain trust, and identify actual needs. Carry out secondary development for existing customers, providing experience upgrades in services and operational cooperation. Regularly contact existing and potential customers to keep abreast of key information such as business plans, budgets, supplier status, organizational structure, and technical environment. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term operational and technical relationships.
- Product & Technological Value Delivery: Help customers understand the technical value of Alibaba Cloud’s products and their competitive advantages. Independently explain standard product solutions or work with Solutions Architect to match solutions to customer business scenarios.
- Decision-Making Promotion & Business Opportunity Conversion: Promote quick decisions to adopt Alibaba Cloud products through effective resource integration. Use sales strategies to convert business opportunities and achieve results. Drive internal solutions to problems impacting customer experience.
- Business Support: Provide full lifecycle support to customers, integrate resources to ensure project landing, and resolve product usage problems. Promote rapid iteration of Alibaba Cloud products on the customer-end.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of cloud computing related industry experience, particularly in selling Public Cloud.
- Extensive experience in selling software products; experience in major customer expansion is preferred.
- Independently visit head customer CTO/customer project leader for effective communication and decision-making.
- Control the pace of negotiations and complete project negotiations to obtain targeted results.
- Understand customer business and digital transformation needs, diagnose technical problems, and provide competitive solutions.
- Understand technological evolution in the field and compare technical characteristics of similar products.
- Accurately identify and classify customers and key stakeholders, building different responses for various customer groups.
- Create a positive communication atmosphere, listen effectively, and express viewpoints clearly.
- Possess good service awareness, follow up on customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
