We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality function and drive standards across our Huntingdon & Chesterfield sites. This is a key role for ensuring our products, processes, and systems consistently meet industry, regulatory, and customer expectations. As Quality Manager, you’ll oversee the Quality team, Business Management System and act as the site’s subject matter expert for all quality-related matters. You’ll use your technical knowledge and continuous improvement mindset to reduce non‑conformances, enhance performance and support our journey towards world‑class manufacturing. You’ll be the central figure ensuring our products are safe, compliant and meet the highest quality standards — supporting operational performance and strengthening customer trust.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop the Quality team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001, ensuring the Business Management System is effective and audit-ready.
- Oversee all QC laboratory testing to ensure products meet batch release requirements.
- Manage concession requests, NCRs, customer complaints and root-cause investigations.
- Support internal and external audits, including BSI and customer visits.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S principles.
- Use Quality Engineering principles to manage risk and minimise the cost of poor quality.
