As a Supply Chain Planner, you will develop and execute reliable supply plans that support customer demand, operational efficiency, and inventory optimisation. Acting as a key point of contact for your portfolio, you’ll ensure supply chains are professionally planned, scheduled, and governed using robust data and ERP/MRP systems. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help drive consistent, high-quality delivery within a continuous improvement environment.
What You Will Do
- Create and manage credible supply plans that balance customer demand, inventory levels, and logistics capability.
- Work within our ERP systems (including MRP outputs) to interpret, validate, and action planning recommendations.
- Own and manage your supply chain, maintaining oversight of the orderbook and making decisions that support business priorities.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve supply risks — ensuring transparency of vulnerabilities and opportunities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing accurate, reliable data and insights.
- Evaluate and optimise inventory strategies to ensure high availability while minimising cost and excess stock.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure plans are aligned, feasible, and delivered to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in business reviews, operational meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
- Adhere to relevant policies, processes, and governance frameworks across the supply chain.
About You

- A decisive, organised, and methodical approach to prioritising work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently across departments.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical capability and strong IT skills (Excel essential; Power BI preferable).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics AX advantageous).
- Exposure to S&OP or IBP processes (desirable).
- A natural inclination to challenge processes constructively and drive continuous improvement.
- High levels of self-motivation, independence, and ownership.
