About The Role
The Network Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution network for ICO traded goods across multiple EMEA warehouses and distribution centers. The role ensures accurate replenishment, translates planning outputs into executable supply and transfer plans, and balances product availability with inventory efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Run and maintain network and DRP planning processes.
- Ensure timely replenishment based on demand forecasts and inventory policies.
- Translate planning outputs into actionable supply and transfer plans.
- Monitor inventory, minimize excess, and manage Non‑Productive Inventory (NPI).
- Resolve shortages, excess, and stockout alerts.
- Adjust system plans for promotions, disruptions, and customer needs.
- Act as the central point of contact for all transfer order issues.
- Track KPIs (Customer OTIF, Inventory Turns, NPI).
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, MPS, Customer Service, Logistics, and local site teams.
- Manage APS DRP module and maintain network‑related master data and system parameters.
About You
- Engineering degree or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a Planning role, preferable as a Network Planner or Supply Chain Manager.
- Experience with APS tools, statistical forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Advanced English. A second European language would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Process oriented.
- APICS CPIM or Supply Chain Planning Certification would be a plus.
The position can be based in Spain, Italy and UK and will involve occasional travel.
