About the Role
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement and Training Lead to play a key role in strengthening Continuous Improvement (CI) capability and developing people across our logistics operations at Warboys, Wyton and Huntingdon. This role is responsible for driving operational improvements and embedding a structured tier training programme that supports consistency, flexibility and career progression across our teams. You will work closely with Manufacturing CI colleagues to align on standard processes and ways of working, while acting as a subject‑matter expert for CI and people development within Logistics.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage the Continuous Improvement programme across all three sites.
- Champion a strong Health and Safety culture.
