THE ROLE:
We seek a cosmetics chemist to be part of the ALIANAz Innovation Laboratory in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge beauty and personal care products that resonate with our brand's vision and meet our customer's ever-evolving needs. It is a full-time on-site role starting in April 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on a next-generation product formula development from ideation to launch.
- Develop product prototypes, conduct testing, report results, and monitor & analyse trends.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by developing market-leading beauty products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience is not required, will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in written and verbal English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- A base salary of £2,000 per month.
- 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year plus bank holidays.
