Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support coordination with design, engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, resource plans, and critical path analyses.
- Identify programme risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to tender programmes and bid submissions with realistic timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements and contractual obligations.
- Participate in programme review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on planning best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in programme management and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in the UK Water or Utilities sector (water and wastewater preferred).
- 5–8 years’ experience in project planning within the infrastructure or utilities sector.
- Proficient user of Primavera P6 with experience supporting complex programmes.
- Good understanding of NEC contract planning requirements.
- Experience supporting design & build or framework delivery programmes.
- Understanding of 4D planning and scheduling (Desirable).
- Exposure to collaborative planning approaches (Desirable).
