The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic leadership team driving innovation across multiple restaurants, bars and premium hospitality experiences.

  • Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple luxury venues
  • Inspire and develop department managers and operational teams
  • Drive commercial performance and profitability
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Develop innovative service concepts
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and General Manager
  • Analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Build a culture focused on excellence, hospitality and people development
  • Who We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as Food & Beverage Director within luxury hotels, private members clubs or premium hospitality groups
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities
  • Strong commercial and financial mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience managing large multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
