Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grays for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily management and smooth operation of various properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Tenant communications
- Property inspections
- Maintenance coordination
- Rent collection
- Ensuring properties meet legal requirements
- Liaising with landlords
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards
Qualifications
- Property management expertise, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection
