We are currently seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead and inspire our team in continuing this tradition. Take charge of an established pub full of character, with scope to help grow the business and bring fresh ideas to its events and atmosphere Lead a successful drinks operation and develop our food offer, with a focus on quality, value and consistency Build strong links with the village and beyond, making the Ally a genuine destination while keeping it a true community hub Recruit, inspire and develop a fantastic team Own commercial performance – sales, costs and a healthy P&L – supported by an established Management Committee An experienced pub General Manager, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up for their first GM role. We welcome applications from candidates with less experience, as the role can include support and training to help you grow into it.
