ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller with immediate effect for our client who lead their industry within Construction/Refurbishment, based in Peterborough.

As a Credit Controller you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording Payments: Accurately documenting financial transactions and proactively creating statements.
  • Client Communication: Contacting clients prior to due dates via phone and email to ensure timely payments.
  • Chasing Late Payments: Following up on late payments and any outstanding debts with persistence and professionalism.
  • Reconciling Payments: Ensuring all payments are accurately reconciled.
  • Handling Queries and Discrepancies: Addressing and resolving any payment queries or discrepancies efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook: Using these primary systems to manage accounts.
