ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for our industry leading client, based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. You will have good experience in sales and account management, with a burning desire to succeed that matches our clients.
Candidates will be required to respond to customer enquiries, pitch goods or services to clients and maintain a good working relationship with contacts. This role revolves around good communication and sales presentation skills coupled with a good understanding of their product range, for which training will be provided. After training, candidates will be expected to maintain and develop a customer base, interact with prospects via calls, possibly online meetings and occasional trade exhibitions. Strong BDM and face to face sales skills will be very advantageous for this role.
BENEFITS- Salary plus bonus scheme
