ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a CNC Miller with immediate effect for our client based in St Ives, in Cambridgeshire.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist ideally with experience of using Heidenhain or Mazak control systems.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a good understanding of CNC Milling and to have machined a wide range of materials including stainless, aluminium, and mild steel.
Although you will be working as part of a team you will need to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision. You must be able to work to tight tolerances and be responsible for the quality of your own work.
The ideal candidate will either have served an apprenticeship or gained a high level of experience in machining as stated above. Experience of programming would be a distinct advantage.
