Field Service Engineer - Boston - Attractive package
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer with immediate effect for our client based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire.
EV experience would be advantageous for this position.
- Field Service Engineer
- Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV DC Chargers.
- Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV AC Chargers.
- Compiling accurate and appropriate documentation for both Internal and external stakeholders in a precise and timely manner. Supporting product development.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking planned inspection and maintenance according to Technical and Manufacturer requirements.
Performing proactive and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution in a timely manner.
- Testing and configuring DC chargers in the factory when required.
- Troubleshooting reported faults from the office and talking through fixes with contractors/clients on site.
- Testing product firmware, Apps and cloud integrations.
- Provide documented feedback to R&D team.
Required Qualifications
- 18th Edition Electrical wiring regulations.
- ECS Card
- 2 years EV DC experience
- 2391 Test and Inspection
- OCPP protocol experience
