We’re looking for a highly motivated Renewals Specialist to join our EMEA team, focused on our Education customers. This role is centred on proactive outbound engagement, helping customers transition to one of Zoom Workplace for Education Bundles through consultative, value‑led conversations. What You’ll Do
- Drive proactive customer engagement
- Own outbound engagement across a defined Education Book of Business (EMEA)
- Deliver high‑volume daily calling, with clear expectations on minimum connected calls per day
- Build momentum through consistent follow‑ups and structured outreach
- Lead value‑based conversations
- Use playbooks and messaging frameworks to guide discussions
- Shift the narrative from price to value, outcomes and ROI
- Understand customer needs and position Zoom Workplace for Education Bundles accordingly
- Convert conversations into pipeline
- Turn engagement into qualified Renewal Manager Accepted Leads (RMALs)
- Meet minimum conversion targets from connected calls to RMALs
- Ensure every opportunity is clearly defined within Salesforce
- Execute with operational excellence
- Maintain high‑quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Submit all leads with complete, actionable notes within SLA
- Track activity, performance and conversion metrics consistently
- Collaborate to win
- Partner with Renewal Managers and Account Executives
- Share insights to continuously improve messaging, playbooks and customer approach
