We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in hiring top-tier talent across marketing and tech/GTM functions such as developers/engineers/procurement/events. You’ll own and evolve our hiring strategy, work closely with department leads, and ensure a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers across Marketing (e.g., digital, brand, performance) and Tech (e.g., engineering, data, product) to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles, using a mix of proactive sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) to track and optimize performance metrics.
- Deliver DEI-focused hiring practices, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded into every stage of the recruitment process.
- Own recruitment analytics and reporting – monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline diversity) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive and aligned compensation structures in line with market data.
- Partner with marketing and tech leadership to shape compelling employer branding campaigns that resonate with top talent.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends, talent market insights, and recruitment technologies to keep our hiring practices competitive.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist capacity.
- Demonstrated success hiring for both technical and marketing roles, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leadership constructively.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and modern ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Deep understanding of EMEA hiring markets (or other relevant geographies, if applicable).
- A passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and data-driven recruiting.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking.
- Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
