We are seeking an experienced, creative, and dataâdriven Field Marketing Specialist to own field events and programs targeting startup audiences across EMEA. This role is responsible for delivering highâquality inâperson experiences for users and prospects throughout the region.
The role supports the EMEA Field Marketing team in executing regional initiatives, shaping how the company reaches and engages key decisionâmakers over the startup ecosystem, and delivering compelling marketing experiences that demonstrate how our solutions support startup growth and scale.
You will work crossâfunctionally with stakeholders across Sales, Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and other global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Event Production: Partner with Field Marketing leads, Sales, and regional marketing teams to develop and execute a regional event strategy. Deliver a balanced mix of companyâhosted, thirdâparty, and partnerâled events, including collaborations with community organisations and investors. Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, thirdâparty organisers, and internal teams to plan and execute inâperson events. Manage event administration, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
- DataâDriven Decision Making: Use data consistently to scope opportunities, inform recommendations, and measure event performance and ROI.
- Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Enable Account Executives with campaign briefs, outreach assets, and timelines to align sales outreach with marketing events and field activations. Partner closely with Sales to support efficient prospecting, lead followâup, and conversion.
- Thinking at Scale: Refine, document, and standardise field marketing programmes and processes to support scalability across the region.
- 3+ years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing strategic, creative field events that drive customer acquisition and pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams, including joint planning, execution, and disciplined lead followâup.
- Solid understanding of lead management and sales funnel dynamics.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in managing digital event assets (email, websites, branding) and setting up and managing event registration pages.
- A startup mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort operating in fastâpaced environments.
- Strong familiarity with the EMEA startup ecosystem, including key startup communities, events, and networks across the region.
Contract Details: Fixedâterm period: February 2026 to February 2027. Company equipment will be provided for all engagementârelated work.
