The Regional Marketing Manager is part of Zoom's EMEA Field Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating impactful marketing programs to drive lead generation across key markets in EMEA. The role is focused on the Mid-Market segment (companies with 51 - 500 employees), known for fast-moving sales cycles.
We're looking for a data-driven and digital-savvy marketer who enjoys leveraging data analytics to design, optimize, and scale field campaigns that drive conversion at every stage of the marketing funnel to maximize Zoom's growth. In this role, you will expand existing global marketing programs, as well as define and orchestrate new programs designed to generate pipeline for the Mid-Market segment. You will liaise with Mid-Market Sales Leaders to determine strategy and prioritization, and partner with the EMEA Field Marketing and Channel Marketing teams to find synergies and create greater impact together.
Responsibilities- Build demand generation strategy, design and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline for Mid-Market segment across EMEA.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Leaders to define marketing strategy and prioritization, and define and action marketing plans delivering growth for Zoom's Mid-Market business.
- Utilise data analytics to design, optimize, and scale field campaigns that maximize Zoom's business growth. Ongoing measurement of pipeline actuals, campaign conversion and ROI metrics.
- Manage Zoom's field marketing presence and events in EMEA and defined focus regions, ranging from dedicated industry moments, digital campaigns to Zoom-led virtual event executions.
- Work with colleagues from EMEA Field Marketing and Channel Marketing team to find synergies, partner and/or co-create marketing campaigns that drive scale and impact.
- Develop and regionalize relevant global marketing content for campaigns, in partnership with the wider Marketing team, such as videos, white papers and customer success stories.
- Look for ways to scale your efforts and define processes and systems to expand your reach and impact across EMEA.
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, CCaaS/UCaaS industry.
- Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
- Experience in integrated marketing, demand generation and event management.
- Data-driven and digital savvy marketer, with strong analytical skills, and focus on pipeline conversion and ROI.
- Budget development and management skills.
- Strong communication skills across different levels of Zoom organization, via presentations, written and spoken channels.
- Exceptional project management skills, high sense of responsibility, using a regional lens to successfully manage complex projects across borders.
- Strong collaborative skills developing and working with high-performing teams who understand business and audience needs. Proven ability to contribute to cross-functional and remote international teams.
- Self-motivated, creative and resourceful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to travel across EMEA if needed, including to event sites for multiple days.
- Bachelor's degree required.
