The Role

  • Algomarketing is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated EMEA Events Marketing Manager to support a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation.

  • You will create event experiences that delight, inspire and educate audiences, bring the organisation’s brand to life, and expand its reach across EMEA.
  • This is a business-critical role responsible for developing and executing strategic event marketing plans aligned with wider EMEA marketing and go-to-market objectives.
  • You will manage both first-party and third-party events, often running multiple projects concurrently from initial planning through to post-event reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities / Role Specific Context

  • Event & Project Management: Develop and execute end-to-end events and experiences across pre-event, live-event and post-event stages, including project plans, workback schedules and delivery management.

  • Manage multiple events and workstreams concurrently, ensuring projects remain organised, on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, venues, third-party event organisers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality in-person experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, Design and other teams across different markets and functions.
  • Event Administration: Manage event-related administration, including processing contracts, raising purchase orders and maintaining stakeholder reporting documentation.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Measure event performance and ROI, produce post-event reporting and recommend improvements for future programmes.
  • Event Strategy & Innovation: Develop new event concepts, formats, processes and experiences while maintaining consistency and creativity across all audience touchpoints.
  • Support a varied EMEA event portfolio that may include trade shows, roadshows, executive dinners, roundtables, workshops and larger audience events.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time experience planning and delivering a range of events across EMEA for multiple audiences in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology sector.

  • Demonstrable experience across event formats including trade shows, roadshows, CXO or executive dinners, roundtables and workshops.
  • Good understanding of major technology conferences across EMEA and experience partnering with marketing and sales teams to coordinate and execute events.
  • Strong knowledge of venues across EMEA suitable for a variety of event formats and audience sizes.
  • Good understanding of the events agency landscape, including sourcing, managing and negotiating with agency partners.
  • Strong event project management and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and operate with a high level of motivation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience owning and executing roadshows and/or user conferences with 500+ attendees.

  • Experience marketing to audiences in the UK, France and/or Germany.
  • French or German language skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions and achieving targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology or payments environment.
