About Algomarketing: Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.
The Role: Algomarketing is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support the EMEA Alliances and Channels team within a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation. This role will focus on building scalable partner marketing programmes that enable a broad ecosystem of partners, including boutique agencies and regional systems integrators, to successfully execute joint marketing activity. The Partner Marketing Manager will create repeatable frameworks, structured engagement journeys and self-service resources that support hundreds of partner organisations at different stages of maturity. The successful candidate will combine strategic programme design with hands-on operational delivery, creating clear pathways for partners to increase their engagement and access additional support over time.
Responsibilities / Role-Specific Context:
- Own and continuously develop the EMEA Alliances and Channels scaled partner marketing programme.
- Create clear partner engagement pathways, measurable milestones and structured progression criteria.
- Design and manage a tiered partner marketing journey in which partners can unlock additional marketing support, funding and opportunities as they demonstrate success.
- Develop scalable “Campaigns in a Box”, turnkey campaigns and marketing playbooks that partners can execute independently.
- Ensure partner-led campaigns maintain consistent messaging, positioning and brand quality.
- Build repeatable market development fund programmes, governance processes and activation frameworks aligned with partner maturity levels.
- Create self-service partner marketing resources, including campaign kits, messaging guides, content, event toolkits and enablement assets.
- Work closely with Partner Development Managers to identify partners that are ready to progress through programme tiers and receive increased investment.
- Measure programme performance using partner engagement, campaign adoption, pipeline contribution, funding utilisation and programme progression metrics.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and simplify partner experiences across the wider partner ecosystem.
- Gather partner feedback and use adoption data and business impact insights to improve programme design.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, Partner Development and Marketing Operations teams.
- Prioritise programme activity effectively when partner demand exceeds available capacity.
- Establish clear stakeholder alignment around priorities, resources and delivery trade-offs.
- Use AI tools as part of day-to-day work to improve speed, quality, efficiency and programme scalability.
- Support the creation and adoption of a scalable partner marketing framework.
- Increase partner-led marketing activity and campaign adoption.
- Improve partner progression through programme milestones and maturity tiers.
- Increase the utilisation and effectiveness of partner marketing funding.
- Contribute to the growth of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Improve partner satisfaction with marketing resources, programmes and enablement.
- Reduce manual operational effort while improving partner outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Approximately five to seven years of experience in partner marketing or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience managing partner marketing programmes across a broad ecosystem rather than a small number of strategic accounts.
- Proven experience building, managing or improving scalable marketing programmes with defined milestones, maturity stages or funding gates.
- Experience designing partner lifecycle programmes with clear progression criteria and engagement frameworks.
- Experience creating self-service marketing programmes, templates, turnkey campaigns or “Campaigns in a Box”.
- Experience managing market development funds, partner funding or co-marketing investments.
- Strong programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to create structure, processes and operating frameworks where none previously existed.
- A proactive and ownership-led approach, with the ability to drive work independently rather than waiting for direction.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to align stakeholders around clear trade-offs.
- An analytical mindset and experience using data to improve programme performance and partner engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, partnerships, marketing and operations.
- Strong written communication skills and experience producing partner-facing content, playbooks and enablement materials.
- Ability to balance strategic programme development with detailed operational execution.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach throughout the planning, delivery and follow-up stages of programmes, events and projects.
- Comfort using AI tools as a core part of daily work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, platform ecosystems or systems integrator environments.
- Experience within a community-led or ecosystem-led software organisation where partners play a significant role in business growth.
- Familiarity with partner enablement, project management, CRM, event management and ecosystem intelligence platforms.
- Experience using tools such as Highspot, Asana, Salesforce, Splash, Hubble or Crossbeam.
- A strong interest in building systems, processes and repeatable programmes rather than delivering isolated campaigns.
- A natural focus on scale, automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Confidence working in ambiguous environments and turning broad objectives into structured programmes.
- Ability to move comfortably between programme analysis, toolkit development and collaboration with partner-facing teams.
- Motivation to enable large numbers of partners through scalable resources rather than providing bespoke support to a small number of accounts.
