We are seeking a Conversational Designer/AI Focused Program Manager to oversee AI initiatives and enhance customer experience on our ads platform through effective content management and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the end-to-end content improvement process for AI initiatives.
- Conduct regular testing sprints to increase testing volume and identify improvements for sharing with Product teams.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across teams including Global Ads Marketing, Sales, and Product.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve the content feedback loop and iterate continuously.
- Provide content rewrites for Q&A pairs post-testing and train models with improved answers using internal tools.
- Partner with domain experts to validate content for factual accuracy, helpfulness, and safety.
- Support the global rollout of AI initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Assist in customer acquisition efforts for Ads based on team bandwidth and priorities.
- Conduct SMB research studies to gather insights for future projects and product improvements.
