The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Objective: Provide event programme management support to the EMEA Google for Education marketing team. This will be managing a portfolio of events, all directed to drive awareness, consideration and ultimately purchase of Google for Education products. This will take the format of a dedicated person who will be provisioned with a Google ldap (google.com) for a 12 month period and be available to be in person at the Google office in London 2-3 days per week.

Metrics will be defined from events but also all follow up and nurturing activities pre and post events.

Inclusive Marketing Strategy

If we strive to build products for everyone, we should market to everyone. We want to ensure our events are inclusive and cater for all. We can do better in this area, so would like this vendor to review and deliver event inclusivity best practice.

Key Deliverables

  • Large event management: Working with internal teams and our events agency to deliver high-quality, efficient events that share learnings and resources across global teams.
  • Bett - January 2025 Learning event(s) (this is currently being scoped).
  • Scaled event management - EMEA: Review and propose tradeshows & 3rd party event presence to have a larger reach into our core audience.
  • Scale content from our large events (i.e. Bett) to continue to share our narrative in all scaled events.
  • Scaled partner and sales event strategy and support with resources, tracking and reporting.
  • Education world forum: manage our presence at the event for over 100 ministries of education.
  • Reporting: Ongoing reports on impact of these events over time and showing ROI of investment.
