Event Marketing Programme Manager - Google via Algomarketing - 12 month contract with possibility of extension - 2/3 times a week in the Google office.
Objective: Provide event programme management support to the EMEA Google for Education marketing team. This role will manage a portfolio of events designed to drive awareness, consideration, and ultimately purchase of Google for Education products.

- Leads
- Engagements
- Education leader engagements
- Marketing-impacted bookings
Metrics will be defined from events as well as all follow-up and nurturing activities before and after events.

Get To By – What’s the Task in a Sentence: Get education leaders across EMEA to move further down the decision-making funnel by providing high-impact experiences at a variety of events, with messaging aligned to their needs and positioning Google for Education as their key partner for digital transformation in education.
Deliverables:
- Large Event Management: Work with internal teams and the events agency to deliver high-quality, efficient events, sharing learnings and resources across global teams.
Key Responsibilities and Events:
- Bett - 2025 Learning event(s) (currently being scoped)
- Scaled Event Management – EMEA
- Review and propose tradeshows and third-party events to expand reach into the core audience
- Scale content from large events (e.g., Bett) to extend the narrative across smaller events
- Develop scaled partner and sales event strategy, including resources, tracking, and reporting
- Education World Forum: Manage Google for Education’s presence at the event, engaging 100+ Ministries of Education
Reporting: Provide ongoing reporting on the impact of events, demonstrating performance and ROI of investment over time.
