Stripe is a global financial infrastructure platform helping millions of companies — from high-growth startups to world-leading enterprises — accept payments, grow revenue, and launch new business models. Its mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, powering innovation in digital commerce, financial technology, and payments infrastructure worldwide.
The EMEA Marketing team is at the heart of Stripe’s growth — combining strategy, creativity, and collaboration to accelerate adoption, deepen customer engagement, and deliver exceptional event experiences across the region. We’re seeking a results-driven and creative Events Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing organization, developing and executing strategic event programs that bring the Stripe brand to life.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of first-party and third-party events — from planning and logistics to execution, measurement, and post-event analysis. The Events Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Design to create exceptional experiences that engage, inspire, and convert audiences.
Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Project Management: Plan and execute the full lifecycle of events across EMEA, including trade shows, roadshows, roundtables, CXO dinners, and workshops. Oversee pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment. Manage multiple concurrent projects, with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and third-party organizers to deliver high-quality event experiences. Source, brief, and negotiate with partners to optimize performance and value. Ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Design teams to align event strategy with business goals. Work collaboratively across countries and functions to ensure consistent messaging and audience targeting.
- Event Administration & Reporting: Manage event documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and budget tracking. Measure event ROI and produce post-event performance reports, with actionable recommendations for future improvements.
- Innovation & Event Excellence: Contribute creative ideas to evolve event formats, experiences, and processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EMEA event landscape, including venues, technologies, and partner networks.

- Excellent communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
