Algolia in London is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Agent Studio, the gateway to Algolia’s Agentic Platform.

You will shape vision and execution, partnering with engineering, design, product marketing, and GTM to deliver results and mentor other PMs.

You will own discovery and strategy for Agent Studio, define abstraction layers, write specs, and collaborate across functions to ship builder experiences while building a data-driven culture with governance and quality metrics.
