Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Cloud Partners, OEM partners, and Resellers across the EMEA region, enabling them to build, sell, and deliver exceptional experiences powered by Algolia.You'll work closely with Partner Managers, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the global Partner Solutions Engineering team to help partners become trusted experts on the Algolia platform.While reporting into the global Solutions Engineering team, this role is dedicated to our Global Partner Team which covers our partners in EMEA, AMER, LATAM and APAC. Develop scalable enablement materials, workshops, demos, and technical documentation for our partnersDrive Technical Excellence Across the Partner EcosystemEvaluate, validate, and certify partner-built accelerators, integrations, and solutions Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner solutions align with platform best practicesBring partner insight to Product and Engineering teams through our Partner Advisory Board or other mechanismMonitor the health and quality of partner technical assets and recommend improvements over timeEvangelize New CapabilitiesBecome an expert on new Algolia features and product releasesTranslate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both technical and executive audiencesPrepare partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell new Algolia capabilitiesDeliver engaging technical demonstrations, webinars, workshops, and enablement sessionsSupport Partner-Led Sales OpportunitiesProvide presales technical expertise for opportunities coming from our partnersAssist partners with architecture discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discoveryPartner with Sales and Partner Managers to help accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenueBuild Strategic RelationshipsDevelop trusted relationships with technical leaders and solution architects at strategic partner organizationsServe as the voice of partners internally by communicating technical feedback and identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborate closely with the global Partner Solutions Engineering organisation, particularly the EMEA team, to develop annual technical engagement initiatives and share best practices across regionsYou Might Be a Great Fit If You Have5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or Technical Consultant.Experience working with Systems Integrators and ISV PartnersStrong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, web architectures, and modern software development practicesAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiencesOutstanding presentation, storytelling, and technical demonstration skillsA passion for educating others and helping technical teams become successfulExcellent organisational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple partner initiatives and deliverablesExperience collaborating across globally distributed teamsComfortable balancing strategic relationship management with hands-on technical workExperience with search, ecommerce, content management, personalization, digital experience technologies or other AI technology#LI-Hybrid Algolia does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.The annual total cash compensation range (base salary and commission) for this role reflects market pay data within this location.
