About algo1: We’re a growing AI tech company based in Central London, and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic Office Assistant to join our team. This role is all about being the welcoming face of the office and helping keep things running smoothly day to day.

You’ll be the first person people see when they walk through the door, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, creating a warm atmosphere, and taking pride in a well-run, welcoming workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming guests, clients, and important visitors into the office and making them feel at home
  • Offering drinks and assistance to visitors and helping meetings run smoothly
  • Keeping the office and reception areas tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Managing weekly office orders, including supplies and food shopping
  • Running errands for the CEO when needed
  • Helping with general office support and ad-hoc tasks as they come up
  • Playing a key role in creating a positive, energetic, and happy office environment
About You:

You’re naturally welcoming, upbeat, and full of energy. You enjoy being around people and take pride in making a good first impression. You’re organised, reliable, and happy to roll your sleeves up and help wherever needed.

Working Hours:
