Reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our international growth strategy across EMEA and APAC while leading a team of regional Business Development Managers.
This is not a desk-based leadership role.
We're looking for a player-coach who enjoys working directly with distributors, strategic partners, system integrators, and major end users while coaching a high-performing international team.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding our global footprint, strengthening our partner ecosystem, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across multiple international markets.
- What You’ll Do
- International Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute the international sales strategy across EMEA and APAC.
- Build annual business plans, territory strategies, and market priorities.
- Identify opportunities for geographic expansion and long-term revenue growth.
- Own international sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and gross margin.
- Grow and strengthen Algo's international distributor and reseller network.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, value-added resellers, systems integrators, consultants, and technology partners.
- Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and long-term productivity.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and partner development planning.
- Support strategic end-user opportunities across priority verticals.
- Develop relationships with multinational customers and key industry influencers.
- Help create customer demand alongside channel partners.
- Represent Algo at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.
- Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of Business Development Managers.
- Set performance expectations, territory plans, and sales objectives.
- Recruit and onboard additional international sales talent as the business grows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Technical Support, and Finance.
- Provide market intelligence to influence product strategy and future investments.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline across the international team.
- What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who has successfully built international markets - not simply managed an existing business.
- 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
- 5+ years leading international sales or channel teams.
- Experience building and managing distributor and reseller networks across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated success growing new markets from an early stage.
- Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience selling technical hardware or integrated technology solutions through channel partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, forecasting skills, and executive communication abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional European languages are considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally (35–50%).
