Your impact:
- Contribute to a high-performing team in developing, optimizing and evolving the firm's research pipeline and strategy development.
- Identify prospects for further optimization and performance enhancements through research in order to realise trading results.
- Build components and new infrastructure to maintain new trading strategies and exhausting the testing and debugging skills as part of the development process.
- Work collaboratively with other teams of traders and developers to provide realistic project timelines, estimates and ensure team accountability.
- Provide high-level technical and investment analytics support to the trading desk.
