As a Logistics Coordinator you will ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of transport operations, while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the administrative functions within the branch.

This role is critical in maintaining the smooth flow of logistics processes, ensuring timely deliveries and collections, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.,

  • Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling and

Administration: Ensure all vehicles are maintained in line with schedules, coordinating servicing, inspections and associated paperwork.

Site

Safety: Take an active role as a member of the site safety team, promoting a safe working environment for all.

Despatch

Management: Take ownership of the on-time despatch of units from the Service Centre, ensuring all requirements are met.

Driver & Subcontractor

Efficiency: Manage the day-to-day progress of drivers and subcontractors, driving efficiency and addressing any issues in real time.

Daily Plan Execution & Completion: Execute the daily transport plan and handle all related administration to close out jobs.

Driver

Support: Provide ongoing support to our driver teams, acting as a point of contact and resolving operational queries.

Reporting: Report into the Logistics Manager, supporting the wider logistics function with updates, planning and feedback.
